Шаговый двигатель представляет собой электромеханическое устройство, преобразующее электрические импульсы в поворот вала двигателя на заданный угол.
Какие преимущества имеют шаговые двигатели?

— малая погрешность позиционирования (не более 5% от заданной величины шага) без накапливания ошибки при повторениях;
— длительный срок службы, ограниченный только ресурсом работы подшипников, обеспечиваемый отсутствием в конструкции шагового двигателя щёток;
— возможность работы вала на сверхнизких скоростях без участия редуктора;

Какова величина минимального угла поворота шагового двигателя?
В режиме полного шага шаговый двигатель может иметь минимальное значение шага, равное 0,9 градуса, т. е. на оборот приходится 400 шагов. Использование микрошагового режима позволяет сильно сократить это значение, однако следует учитывать тот факт, что при делении шага более чем на 16 частей точность позиционирования перестаёт расти.

— подключение функции снижения тока обмоток в режиме удержания;
— снижение питающего напряжение является эффективным методом снижения уровня нагрева ШД, но используя данный метод следует учесть, что момент снизится прямо пропорционально питанию;
— при сильном нагреве двигателя и отсутствии возможности снижения его рабочих характеристик выходом из сложившейся ситуации может стать установка на корпус агрегата охлаждающего устройства – радиатора или вентилятора.
Почему шаговый двигатель пропускает шаги?
Пропуск шагов является одной из наиболее часто встречающихся проблем, связанных с эксплуатацией шаговых двигателей. Чаще всего это происходит по следующим причинам:
— высокий резонанс;
— некачественное исполнение самого шагового двигателя или подключённого к нему драйвера;
— ошибки в настройках драйвера: для корректной работы проверьте настройки напряжения и тока;
— слишком большая нагрузка на двигатель. Решить проблему можно снижением скорости, или же заменой электродвигателя на более мощный;
— проблемы, связанные с контактами или генерацией управляющих сигналов STEP/DIR.

Разработка научного стенда с помощью системы точного позиционирования и шаговых двигателей с обратной связью.
В проекте был осуществлен технический консалтинг — подбор необходимого оборудования из описания задачи клиентом.Решение технических задач в данном проекте заключалось в правильном подборе электродвигателей в системе точного позиционирования и точности данной системы.Были выбраны концевые датчики и шаговые двигатели с энкодером для выполнения второстепенных операций системы.
Проект был разработан и в данный момент находится на стадии рассмотрения клиентом.
Поставка и настройка робота манипулятора для измерения дефектов.
В данном проекте клиенту компании была предоставлена услуга «технический консалтинг», с помощью которой было определено нужное оборудование для данной задачи. Были заявлены программирование робота, предоставление подрядных работ (монтажные и пусконаладочные работы) и последующее гарантийное обслуживание.
Управление узла отопления цеха.
В данном проекте компания осуществила поставку инверторов для узла отопления рабочего цеха, предварительно подобрав энергоэффективное оборудование. Был осуществлен монтаж и программирование работы системы управления отоплением.
Автоматизация управления вентиляцией рабочего цеха.
По техническому заданию клиента было подобрано оборудование для вентиляции и его управление. Было осуществлен монтаж и программирование системы управления вентиляции, данный проект является комплексной поставкой оборудования так как компания Степмотор осуществила поставку всей перефирии для системы вентиляции от Преобразователей частоты до каналов вентиляции и крепежей.
